何瑛

何瑛，1924年出生，少年時即參加抗日募捐宣傳。14歲加入中國共產黨，18歲時參加舉世聞名的「秘密大營救」，喬裝難民跟隨文化名人撤離香港。1942年至1945年任東江縱隊司令部機關政治指導員。1946年隨東江縱隊主力北撤山東，任北撤婦女大隊第一中隊政治指導員，參與率領隊伍勝利到達煙台。她後來成為東江縱隊副司令員王作堯的夫人，長期從事革命工作，晚年仍致力於講述東縱抗戰歷史。

He Ying was born in 1924. As a girl she joined anti-Japanese fundraising and propaganda, joined the CCP at 14, and at 18 took part in the famous 'secret rescue,' disguising herself as a refugee to escort cultural figures out of Hong Kong. From 1942 to 1945 she was a political instructor at the Dongjiang Column headquarters. In 1946 she went north with the main force to Shandong as a political instructor of the 1st Company of the women's battalion, helping lead the troops safely to Yantai. She later married Dongjiang Column deputy commander Wang Zuoyao, worked for the revolution all her life, and in her later years continued to tell the story of the column's war against Japan.
